Baby Crank Shower

Just a few more pictures of our baby shower. As of this week, 10 more weeks to go! For those of you who say, oh that's not long, then I say...."it is to me!" Next week we start our birthing class, that should be entertaining. Then Jeff goes to Young Life camp with the kids....and by then..it will almost be July...the Home stretch!

Baby Shower

Here is just a few of my sweet friends from Paso Robles, CA.....we all do Young Life together. Shiloh, Ashley, ME, Janay...and of course Jayden. (I can only hope my child is this cute and smart...he is a heart breaker.)

Sunday was such a sweet day. Becki, Jenn Holley and Connie (Jeff's mom) were able to come from the Bay area. Jenn, Connie and I went to wineries on Sat...I was got to taste alot of Grape juice. =) But we did see Jenn's future husband.....Andrew Firestone from the bachelor. He now lives in Paso and just opened a winery here. Sunday was casual...as we all went for a walk in the vineyard. Jenn was a trooper as she hung back with the me...I am slow. We sat on the porch and got ready for the shower.

Tasha my neighbor and friend..hosted it at her home....beautiful. It was sweet...and I am still amazed that many of these women I did not know a year ago. And now God has blessed me with community.

As Jeff and I sat Sunday night in our living room...looking at all the tiny things.....we were humbled by God's goodness...and amazed that one day soon ...there really will be a baby that fits in these tiny clothes. We can NOT wait for that day.

Jeff's Birthday!

Jeff is now officially 29! Only one more year til the BIG 30. Of course I laugh bc I think...you aren't even 30 yet....just a baby.

On Thursday night of his actual bday, we went to La Mexicana with some friends to stuff ourselves with chips and salsa and giant burritos. Jeff sported the extra large sombrero well. It was a sweet time with friends.

Then Sat. morning we made a road trip to the Oakland A's game. Yeah that's right Jeff wore his LSU jersey (good timing...the Raiders had just acquired Russell in the draft)

All 3 pregnant ladies survived the heat of the game. The seats were great! And the A's won!

It has been a good year and I look forward to sharing the next 50 million with my very favorite guy...Jeffrey Michael. =)
